G. R. and Circulars: See important Information

1) No need to apply the system of counter – signature of the Education Officer (Primary / Secondary) on the school leaving certificate जिल्हा बदल साठी प्रतिस्वाक्षरी न घेणेबाबत.

शालेय विद्यार्थ्यास एका जिल्ह्यातून अथवा राज्यातून, दुसऱ्या जिल्ह्यात अथवा राज्यातील शाळेत प्रवेश घ्यावयाचा झाल्यास तसेच CBSE / ICSE / IGCSE / IB या मंडळातील शाळांतील विद्यार्थ्यांना राज्य मंडळाशी संलग्न शाळांमध्ये प्रवेश घ्यावयाचा झाल्यास अथवा राज्य मंडळाशी संलग्नित शाळेतून अन्य मंडळाशी संलग्नित शाळेत प्रवेश घ्यावयाचा झाल्यास, सध्या प्रचलित असलेल्या कार्यपध्दतीनुसार, शाळा सोडल्याच्या दाखल्यावर (प्रमाणपत्रावर) शिक्षणाधिकारी (प्राथमिक/माध्यमिक) यांची प्रतिस्वाक्षरी आवश्यक होती. ही पध्दत केवळ ज्या शाळांनी विद्यार्थ्यांना दाखले दिले आहेत, ती शाळा अधिकृत व मान्यताप्राप्त आहे किंवा नाही हे तपासण्यासाठी होती. तथापि सदर पध्दत बंद करण्याची बाब करण्यात आली आहे.

If a school student wants to get admission in a district or a state, in another district or in a state school and also if a student in CBSE / ICSE / IGCSE / IB board schools wants to get admission in a school affiliated to the state board or from a school affiliated to a state board in another board affiliated school. According to the procedure, counter-signature of the Education Officer (Primary / Secondary) was required on the school leaving certificate.

This method was only to check whether the schools which have given certificates to the students are authorized and accredited. However, there has been talk of shutting down the system.

शासन निर्णय: General Resolution

शासन निर्णय दिनांक १९ सप्टेंबर, २०१६ अन्वये शाळा सोडल्याचे प्रमाणपत्र नमुना सुधारित करण्यात आला असून यामध्ये शाळा मान्यता क्रमांक तसेच युडायस क्रमांक यांचा उल्लेख असल्यामुळे शाळांच्या अनधिकृततेचा प्रश्न निकालात निघाला आहे. तसेच शाळा सोडल्याचा दाखला हा संबंधित शाळांच्या मुख्याध्यापकांनी प्रमाणित केला असल्यामुळे त्यावर पुन्हा प्रतिस्वाक्षरीची गरज नाही. हे लक्षात घेवून शाळा सोडल्याच्या दाखल्यावर शिक्षणाधिकारी (प्राथमिक / माध्यमिक) यांच्या प्रतिस्वाक्षरीची उपरोक्त नमूद पध्दत बंद करण्यात येत आहे. हा शासन निर्णय सर्व माध्यम व सर्व व्यवस्थापनांच्या शाळांना लागू राहील.

As per the Government Resolution dated September 19, 2016, the school leaving certificate form has been revised and the issue of unauthorization of schools has been resolved as it mentions the school recognition number as well as the U-DISE number. Also, since the school leaving certificate has been certified by the headmaster of the school concerned, it does not need to be re-signed.

Considering this, the above-mentioned system of counter – signature of the Education Officer (Primary / Secondary) on the school leaving certificate is being discontinued. This ruling will apply to all media and all management schools.

शासन निर्णयान्वये विदयार्थ्याच्या नाव / आडनाव / वडिलांचे नांव / आईच्या नावामध्ये दुरुस्ती अथवा बदल करून जनरल रजिष्टरमध्ये नोंद घेण्याचे अधिकार मुख्याध्यापक / प्राचार्य यांना देण्यात आलेले आहेत. तरी आपल्या माध्यमिक व प्राथमिक विद्यालयामध्ये शिक्षण घेत असलेल्या विदयार्थ्याचे नांव / आडनांव / वडिलाचे / आईच्या नावामध्ये आवश्यक ते बदल करून त्यानुसार जनरल रजिष्टरमध्ये नमुद करण्यात यावे.

According to the government decision, the Headmaster / Principal has been given the right to register the name / surname / father’s name / mother’s name by amending or changing the name in the General Register. However, the name / surname / father’s / mother’s name of the student studying in secondary school and primary school should be changed as required and mentioned in the General Register accordingly.
